智能电能表标准体系发展探讨

过去十年是中国智能电能表发展的黄金期，中国电能表质量实现了跨越式发展，国内电能表企业竞争力的显著提升，开始走出国门，与世界其他电能表企业竞争。电测量行业所制定的三代标志性国家标准体系，促进了国内电能表产业水平大幅提升，未来制定出技术引领的标准体系是促进电能表产业发展之关键。文章从多元化计量技术标准体系、多样化结构的型式标准体系、多场景应用的功能标准体系、电能表全寿命周期可信性评价体系等多个角度探讨智能电能表标准体系的发展方向。

Discussion on the development of standard system of smart energy meter

In the past ten years, it has been the golden period for the development of smart energy meter in China. The quality of Chinese smart energy meter has achieved great-leap-forward development, and the competitiveness of domestic enterprises of electric energy meter has been significantly improved,and they have started to go abroad to compete with other enterprises of electric energy meter in the world.Three generations of symbolic national standard systems lead the development of electric energy meter industry, and the technology-led intelligent electric energy meter standard system is the key to promote the development of electric energy meter industry.In this paper, the development direction of standard system for measurement technology will be discussed from the perspectives of diversified measurement technology standard system, diversified structure type standard system, multi-scenario application function standard system, and life cycle credibility evaluation system of smart energy meter.
