摘    要:低倍线采场进行充填时,充填管路垂直段料浆不满管问题显现,从而加速垂直管路磨损,甚至引发料浆相变造成管路堵塞,目前缺少提高满管度的有效控制方法。通过现场调研和理论分析计算,建立自流输送模型,在保障充填量的条件下,建立模糊控制算法,调节充填浓度和管路有效直径,提高料浆输送阻力和满管度,算法稳定调节时间17S,超调量6%,控制效果优于PID控制算法,可改善深井低倍线充填不满管状态。

Abstract:When the low-magnification stope is filled, the problem of insufficient slurry in the vertical section of the filling pipeline will appear, which will accelerate the wear of the vertical pipeline, and even cause the phase change of the slurry to cause the pipeline to block. Through on-site investigation and theoretical analysis and calculation, a self-flow conveying model is established. Under the condition of ensuring the filling amount, a fuzzy control algorithm is established to adjust the filling concentration and the effective diameter of the pipeline, and improve the slurry conveying resistance and full tube degree. The algorithm stabilizes and adjusts the time 17S , the overshoot is 6%, and the control effect is better than the PID control algorithm, which can improve the state of deep well filling with low line filling and unfilled pipes.
