数字孪生太浦河防洪及供水“四预”业务应用设计与实现

摘    要:本文基于太浦河二、三维数据底板,根据太浦河物理河道特点、水闸、泵站等工程设计参数、影响区域范围等,提出建立数字孪生太浦河防洪及供水“四预”业务系统,构建太浦河防洪及供水知识平台,实现数字孪生流域与物理流域的交互。系统通过建立太浦河历史水雨情、工情、水质等信息与调度预案方案间的映射关系,以事件为驱动进行系统设计,在自动综合分析区域代表站水情、水质监测、水利工程调度情况、水雨情信息等基础上,触发相应事件驱动机制,针对不同的事件,“四预”系统会呈现针对性的功能和界面,结合模型滚动预测预报成果,关联提示调度方案并实现自动推荐应急处置措施,为综合调度提供智能决策支持,并流场动态可视化技术,确定太浦河各个二维网格水体流速、流向,实现太浦河流场的仿真动画模拟。系统为精准应对2022年“梅花”台风防御及上海市抗咸潮保供水提供了技术支持,为数字孪生流域建设提供参考。

Design and Implementation of theIntegrated Dispatching System for flood control and water supply of Digital Twin Taipu River

Abstract:Based on the two and three dimensional data base plates of the Taipu River, according to the characteristics of the physical channel of the Taipu River, the engineering design parameters of the sluice and pump station, and the scope of the affected area, this paper proposes to establish of the digital twin Taipu River flood control and water supply, build the Taipu River flood control and water supply knowledge platform, and realize the interaction between the digital twin basin and the physical basin. By establishing the mapping relationship between the historical water and rain conditions, engineering conditions, water quality and other information of the Taipu River and the scheduling plan, the system is designed with the event as the driving force. Based on the automatic and comprehensive analysis of the water conditions, water quality monitoring, water conservancy project scheduling, and water and rain information of the regional representative stations, the system triggers the corresponding event-driven mechanism. For different events, the "four pre" system will present targeted functions and interfaces, combined with the results of model rolling prediction and prediction, it can associate and prompt the dispatching scheme and automatically recommend emergency response measures, provide intelligent decision support for comprehensive dispatching, and use the dynamic visualization technology of flow field to determine the flow velocity and direction of water bodies in each two-dimensional grid of the Taipu River, so as to realize the simulation animation simulation of the Taipu River field. The system provides technical support for the accurate response to the "Meihua" typhoon defense in 2022 and the protection of water supply in Shanghai against salt tide, and provides reference for the construction of the digital twin river basin.
