摘    要:在许多供暖方式评价文章中由于评价角度不同,所得结论并不能完全适应人们的不同需要。为此,本文结合层次分析法和TOPSIS法,构建了评估“电采暖”项目综合效益的评价指标体系,进而得到综合评价模型,从经济性、舒适性、可靠性及当地政策等方面进行论证,对常用四种电采暖方式进行分析评价,得出在不同地区、不同气候、不同的环境条件下最优供暖方式的评价模型,并以某市为例进行评价得出针对某市的最优供暖方式,得出一般模型,供用户选用参考。

Abstract:Many articles on the evaluation of heating methods have different evaluation angles, so the conclusions obtained cannot fully meet people''s different needs. To this end, this paper combines the AHP and the TOPSIS method to construct an evaluation index system to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the "electric heating" project, and then obtain a comprehensive evaluation model, which demonstrates from the aspects of economy, comfort, reliability, and local policies. Analyze and evaluate the four commonly used electric heating methods to obtain an evaluation model of the optimal heating method in different regions, different climates, and different environmental conditions. Finally, take a city as an example to obtain the optimal heating for a city, and to get a general model for users to choose for reference.
