摘    要:介绍了一种利用目标模拟器评估合成孔径雷达(SAR)性能的方法。目标模拟器可以根据输入的基带I、Q数据生成所需波形,上变频到射频(RF)频段模拟产生SAR雷达回波信号进入雷达接收机。雷达发射通道和接收通道在信号频带内的幅度不平坦度和相位非线性均会使信号偏离理想情况,产生幅度和相位误差,会造成雷达的脉压性能变差,最终结果表现为图像质量退化。

Abstract:This paper introduced a method of SAR performance evaluation using target simulator. First, target simulator generates expected baseband waveform based on I/Q data,then waveform is converted to RF in frequency domain and enter the SAR receiver in the end. Real SAR signal can deviate from ideal LFM signal resulting in amplitude and phase error because of unbalance of amplitude character and non-linearity of phase character in bandwidth existing in transmiting channel and receing channel of SAR. Amplitude and phase error can affect the performance of pulse compressing, ultimately degrade the quality of image.
