大孔树脂对玉米花粉黄酮类的吸附分离特性研究

摘    要:选择8种大孔吸附树脂,比较其对玉米花粉黄酮类的吸附率和解吸率,筛选较优的玉米花粉黄酮类吸附剂,并对其动态吸附性能进行了考察.结果表明:AB-8树脂对玉米花粉黄酮类有较好的吸附和解吸效果.

Abstract:Eight types of macroporous resin were selected to compare their performances in absorbing and desorbing flavonoids in maize pollen.The optimal absorbent material for flavonoids in maize pollen was decided and its dynamic absorbing behavior was studied.Experimental results showed that AB-8 resin possesses higher absorption and desorption capacity.It is the best candidate for flavonoids in maize pollen.
