基于MATLAB算法的圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计

摘    要:在系统研究圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计目标函数建立、设计变量选取和约束条件确定的基础上,建立其优化设计数学模型,然后采用MATLAB算法求解该优化问题。优化结果表明采用MATLAB算法求解优化设计问题,不仅算法可靠有效,而且编写程序比较简单,设计效率能够得以提高。该研究方法在解决其他机械优化设计问题时也同样适用。

Abstract:In this paper,after establishment of target function,choice of parameters and confirmation of constraint conditions of the cylindrical gearbox are systematically studied,its optimum mathematical model is set up.And the MATLAB arithmetic is used to solve the optimum issue.The result shows that by using the MATLAB arithmetic,the mechanical design efficiency can be improved because not only the arithmetic is reliable and effective,but also the program designed is simple.This study can also be used to solve optimum design issues of the other mechanism.
