嫩江、松花江干流水体纳污能力分析

摘    要:根据嫩江、松花江干流水环境功能区划,确定了不同河段的水环境目标并计算了设计流量,利用设计流量和水环境目标,计算了嫩江、松花江干流河段的允许纳污量,为水环境管理和污染控制提供了科学依据。

Abstract:On the basis of the water environment function zoning,the water environment target is decided and design discharge is calculated for different river sections and different planning years. By using the design discharge and the water quality target, the allowable discharge of pollutants in two rivers is calculated. It provides scientific basis for water environment management and pollution contants.
