广州地铁五号线岩溶地区盾构隧道工程技术研究

摘    要:为解决广州地铁五号线(草暖公园—小北站区间)盾构施工难题,采取以钻探为主,高密度电阻率法进行地面物探,总体探查溶洞分布情况;利用电磁波对部分加密深孔进行CT剖切面勘查,判断溶洞边界;结合溶洞注浆孔布置,进行加密钻孔,直观掌握溶洞及充填物状况,合理确定并实施了溶洞处理方案。采用了分区及跳注方法进行溶洞处理,通过盾构掘进参数优化组合和碴样分析等手段,实现盾构信息化施工。盾构施工方案有效地防治了地面沉陷,确保了盾构顺利通过溶洞群,为岩溶地区地铁盾构隧道工程提供借鉴经验。

Abstract:In order to solve the shield tunneling construction between Caonuan park and Xiaobeizhan of Guangzhou metro line 5,the overall karst distribution is investigated by drilling,combinated with the high density resistivity method.Karst cave boundary is judged by electromagnetic CT wave to the investigation section.Karst cave distribution and the backfill situation are surveyed by encrypting drilling hole,to determine the karst cave disposal solution reasonably,by zoning and jumping grouting.By shield tunneling parameter optimum combination and slag specimen analysis,the shield informationization construction is realized.The shield construction prevents the ground settlement effectively,so the shield passing the karst caves smoothly.The technique provides useful karst geology reference for shield section in urban rail project.
