不锈钢多层膜的XTEM研究

摘    要:利用透射电镜对离子镀的不锈钢多层膜的横截面显微组织与结构进行了研究。结果表明,离子镀不锈钢多层膜为细晶粒的奥氏体和铁素体双相钢膜层;膜层的横截面上生长组织可分为细等轴晶,细柱状晶和粗柱状晶三个生长区。多层膜中的膜间界面能促使膜层中晶粒细化和扰乱柱状晶的生长,导致膜层强韧性的提高。

Abstract:In this paper, the cross sectional microstructure and crystal structure of ion-plated multilayer films of stainless steel QCrl8Ni9Ti) were studied by TEM. The results show that the multilayer films of ion-plated stainless steel are fine-grained double phase steels of austenites and ferrites. The growing microstructures in cross section can be divided into three zones, i. e. the zones of fine equiaxed crystals, fine columnar crystals and coarse columnar crystals. Interfaces in multilayer films can promote grain to fine and interrupt columnar-crystal growth, and therefor improve strength and toughness of films.
