| 摘 要： | 对典型回转体零件ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ一体化作了探讨。采用以成组技术为基础，以统一数据库为纽带的方法，解决了ＣＡＤ／ＣＭＰ一体化问题。提出了形面要素特征建模方法，根据此思想开发出的软件，能够通过参数驱动功能自动绘出零件图和生成零件的工艺规程，软件系统具有界面友好、易操作、易扩充等特点，具有实用价值。

| Abstract: | CAD/CAPP integration of the typical rotational parts is discussed in this paper. Based on Grouping Technology and the shared databases, the CAD/CAPP integration is solved. A new modeling method about shape-surface elemental feature is proposed. By using the parameter drived function, the software system can automatically draw the part's drawing and produce the part's procedure. The system has the features of friendly user interface, easy to use and expand. |
