模拟电路测试系统的设计方法研究

摘    要:对模拟电路的测试,本文首先讨论测试系统的一般结构,然后研究测试系统的模型与方法,采用面向对象的程序设计技术(OOP)来设计模拟电路测试系统,显著提高了测试系统的开发效率。

Abstract:The models of test software development for analog circuits are discussed. A programming environment for test programs of analog circuits is demonstrated, which is based on object-oriented programming technology, and provides comprehensive class libraries, such as signal class, diagnosis class and instrument class. The benefits of the method include reduced test software development time, and the possibility of program portability from one test environment to another.
