| 摘 要： | 有效教学是为了提高教师的工作效益、强化过程评价和目标管理的一种现代教学理念。文章从有效教学理念及课堂有效教学的实施策略等层面探讨教学有效的新思路。围绕如何实施有效教学重点研究了课堂教学,通过教学准备、差异教学、教学优化、创造和主体教学及情感教学等课堂教学策略,使有效教学得以实施。

| Abstract: | Effective teaching is a kind of modern teaching idea which can improve teachers' work efficiency and strengthen process evaluation and management by objectives.This paper expounds the new ideas of effective teaching from the ideas and the implementation strategies.It mainly studies the classroom teaching from such aspects as teaching preparation,differentiated instruction,teaching optimization,creation and main body teaching and emotional teaching. |
