摘    要:简述了汽油添加剂的种类和基本工作原理,在汽油机试验台架上,进行了一系列汽油中含有不同含量的MAZ添加剂在等同工况下的热车怠速、常用转速为2 800 r/m in的负荷特性和外特性对比试验,探讨新型多效燃油添加剂MAZ加到国产90#汽油中的体积分数对其节油和排气净化效果的影响。检测结果表明,汽油中含MAZ添加剂的体积分数为0.1%时,能有效改善发动机的燃油经济性和排放特性,而发动机的动力性则基本不变,其综合使用效果较佳。

Abstract:The category and work principle of gasoline additives were introduced.With different concentration MAZ additive,a series of comparison experiments with hot idle speed,load characteristic under the rotational speed of 2 800 r/min and external characteristic at the same operating mode were implemented on a gasoline engine bench,and influence of the volume concentration of new multifunctional additive,MAZ,on fuel-saving and exhaust purification was discussed.The results show that the fuel economy and exhaust characteristic of the engine is improved,and almost no changes happen to the power,with a better effect,when the volume fraction of gasoline is 0.1%.
