胜利油田深井超深井钻井技术

摘    要:胜利油田深井超深井钻井技术的发展大体经历了初步钻探、起步发展和规模应用3个阶段,初步形成了复杂地层条件下深井超深井配套钻井技术:深井井身结构设计技术、提高上部大尺寸井眼机械钻速技术、提高深部小尺寸井眼机械钻逮技术、套管防磨技术、防斜打快技术、钻井液技术、完井技术。详细介绍了深井超深井配套钻井技术的研究与应用情况,并指出了胜利油田超深井钻井技术的攻关方向。

Abstract:In Shengli Oilfield, the deep and ultra-deep well drilling techniques have experienced three stages from the initial test to large-scale applications, and preliminarily established deep and ultra deep well drilling supporting techniques for complex formations including casing programming for deep wells, high ROP techniques for upper large wellbore and deep slim hole, casing abrasion preventing, rapid drilling without deviation, mud, well completion. This paper introduces in detail researches and applications of the series of supporting techniques, and proposes the main technical drilling problems to be tackled in Shengli Oilfield.
