棉粘交织针织物漂白破洞成因及防止

粘胶和棉两种纤维在性能上存在较大差异,其交织针织物在经过氧漂染整加工后,经常出现破洞。经试验分析发现,织造时坯布的两种纱线线圈长度设计不合理,是造成破洞的主要原因。其氧漂加工宜采用双氧水 纯碱工艺,降低染机转速和喷嘴压差,并采用干定形,有助于减少破洞的产生。

Reasons for holes arising in cotton/viscose bleached mixture knits and their prevention

Owing to the large difference of properties between the cotton fiber and viscose fiber, holes always arise in knitted fabric after peroxide bleaching, thus leads to poor product quality. Results show that unreasonable designed stitch loops of two fibers of the greige in weaving is the main cause for the formation of holes. Measures such as bleaching with hydrogen peroxide combined with soda, reducing the machine speed and pressure, as well as dry setting are helpful for holes decrease.
