摘    要:对(乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯)共聚物(E/VAC)与改性剂A及相容剂B共混物的发泡材料进行研究。主要研究了E/VAC共混改性基体的组成及基体性能与相应发泡材料性能的关系。并研究了发泡剂和交联剂的不同配比对发泡材料性能的影响。

Abstract:Modified E/VAC foamed materials were prepared. The effect of the various factors such as matrix, dicumyl peroxido(DCP) and azobisformamide(AC) on properties of foamed E/VAC were researched. The results showed that the split tear strength could be improved when polymer A was added. With the increase of DCP, the density and mechanical properties of the foamed materials increased. While the elasticity increased at first, and then decreased. The density and mechanical properties of the foamed materials decreased with the increase of AC, and the elasticity increased with the increase of AC.
