ABS/PVC共混改性的研究

摘    要:考察了PVC含量对ABS/PVC共混体系性能的影响。为了进一步提高共混体系的性能,在体系中分别加入CPE、MBS做为第三组分。通过性能比较,发现MBS可有效提高共混体系的综合性能。为了增加共混体系的阻燃性能,加入助阻燃剂Sb2O3,结果表明共混体系的阻燃性能有了很大提高。

Abstract:Effects of PVC content on the property of ABS/PVC blend was studied.In order to improve the properties of the blend,the ratio of ABS/PVC was pitch upon.Then CPE and MBS were added in the blend as compatibilizer respectively.Compared their properties,it is found that MBS can improve the properties of ABS/PVC better.In order to improve the flame retardance of ABS/PVC blend,Sb 2O 3 was added into the composite.The result showed that the flame retardance of the blend was upgraded greatly.
