摘    要:由于FDW-1临氢降凝催化剂具有良好的抗氨性能,临氢降凝可直接与加氢精制串联,实现加氢精制-临氢降凝一段串联工艺流程。试验结果表明:该工艺对原料适应性强,精制性能好,降凝效果佳,稳定性良好,是生产低凝(疑点与冷滤点可分别符合-20号和-35号柴油规格指标)、优质(硫含量<0.05%、颜色浅、安定性好)柴油的专门技术。哈尔滨炼油厂利用该工艺建成投产的 0.3 Mt/a工业装置,加工重油催化裂化柴油,已生产出合格的-35号低凝柴油。

Abstract:Because of the good ammonia-resistant ability of the FDW-1 hydrogenation catalyst, the hydrodewaxing process can be directly integrated with hydrotreating process in series to form the single stage combination process of hydrotreating-hydrodewaxing (HT-HDW). The test results showed that the combination process has advantages of strong adaptability to feedstocks, good hydrotreating characteristics, high effectiveness on lowering freezing point, good stability, being a particular process to produce low freezing point(both freezing point and cold filtration point accord with the specifications of 20 # and 35 # diesels respectively) superior(sulfur content < 0. 05 %, with light colour and good stability) diesels. The 300000 t/yr commercial HT-HDW unit was established in the Haerbin Refinery for processing RFCC gas oil and qualified 35 # low freezing point diesel was produced.
