催化裂化汽油脱硫醇组合工艺的研究

摘    要:基于对目的产品硫含量的要求,通过对常规的碱液抽提工艺及常规的酞菁钴催化工艺进行改进,提出3种与FCC汽油重馏分加氢技术相配合的FCC汽油脱硫醇组合工艺,即:轻馏分与加氢重馏分联合脱臭工艺、轻馏分抽提与加氢重馏分联合脱臭工艺及轻馏分与加氢重馏分联合抽提工艺;并且研究了其工业应用的可行性。研究结果表明,这3种工艺的灵活采用,可使最终汽油产品的硫含量达到国家Ⅲ或Ⅳ号排放标准对硫含量的要求。

Abstract:Based on the improvements in the conventional caustic extraction and cobalt phthalocyanine oxidation processes,three combined processes for reducing sulfur content of FCC naphtha were proposed,such as a sweetening process for treating the mixture of light naphtha and the hydrotreated heavy naphtha;a combined process of caustic extracting light naphtha and followed by sweetening the mixture of extracted light naphtha and the hydrotreated heavy naphtha;a process for caustic extracting the mixture of light naphtha and the hydrotreated heavy naphtha.The commercial feasibility of these combined processes was discussed.The test results showed that the gasoline sulfur content could meet the requirements of the National Light Vehicle Exhaust Standard III or IV by applying these combined processes flexibly.
