摘    要:初始解的确定是板料冲压成形有限元快速分析中的一个重要环节,初始解的好坏严重影响分析计算的速度以及求解的收敛性。文章在总结前人研究成果的基础上提出一种新的网格映射方法——"双展开平面映射法"快速获得中间构型初始解。在此基础上,将上述方法用于板料成形的多步快速模拟,试算表明所提方法正确、有效,为板料成形多步快速模拟中的中间构型准确建立奠定了重要基础。

Abstract:Ref.10,authored by Tang et al,dealt with the same topic but we obtain the initial solution of intermediate configuration quickly by a new method named "double spreading plane mapping method".In the full paper,we explain in section 1 in some detail our method and its effectiveness;in this abstract,we just give a very concise summary of section 1,which is named "the algorithm" and its three subsections are: constructing the sliding constraint surface(subsection 1.1),the principles of the double spreading plane mapping method(subsection 1.2) and a numerical example(subsection 1.3).In subsection 1.2,with the help of Fig.1 in the full paper,we explain a five-step procedure.In accordance with the procedure,we discretize the double surface of a sliding constraint into the shape similar to a plane blank and spread it on a plane and then map it vertically.Our method enhances the universality of the mapping procedure and reduces mapping difficulties.In subsection 1.3,we apply our method to a numerical example,whose results,shown in Figs.3 through 6,show the effectiveness of our method.
