数控机床设计中的虚拟人机关系

摘    要:在数控机床设计中,利用计算机建立的虚拟人机关系指导设计是数字化虚拟设计值得关注的一个方面。以XK640数控铣床设计为例,应用UG人机工程模块对XK540数控铣床数字模型引入虚拟人体模型,建立虚拟人机关系,通过虚拟人机关系指导数控机床相关零部件的精确设计和优化设计,并合理安排这些零部件的位置;同时还考虑了环境因素的影响,提出了一些积极措施。通过虚拟人机关系的应用,可以使所设计的数控机床在满足功能的前提下尽量符合人的生理和心理特征,达到人-机-环境的最佳匹配和统一。

Abstract:In the design of numerical controlled(NC) machine tools,utilizing the computer to establish a virtual man-computer relationship for guiding the design is one aspect worth to be followed with interest in the digitized virtual design.Taking the design of XK640 milling machine as an example,this paper introduces virtual human body model to the digital model of XK640 NC milling machine by the use of UG man-computer engineering module so as to establish the virtual man-computer relationship.By way of virtual man-computer relationship to guide the precision and optimization designs of the interrelated component parts of NC machine tools and to arrange reasonably the positions of these component parts,at the same time the influence of environmental factors have been considered as well and a number of vigorous measures were put forward.Through the application of virtual man-computer relationship could let the being designed NC machine tools to be tally with the physiological and psychological features of human as far as possible under the premise of satisfying its functions so as to reach an optimal matching and unity of man-computer environment.
