摘    要:通过对桐庐县供电局10kV配网结构的分析,对线路供电半径长,负荷变化较大,无功消耗多等问题,提出了因地制宜的解决方法和对策,合理选择配变的额定电压和档位设置,开展10kV线路无功自动补偿,解决了电压合格率低的问题。针对波动性负荷相互影响导致电机烧损等事故的处理,通过优化静态无功配置,在不投入动态无功补偿设备的条件下,低成本的技术措施缓解了10kV线路电压骤升、骤降对电机运行的影响,使得各用户能投入正常运行。

Abstract:With analyzing the 10kV distributing network structure in Tonglu,the method and strategy of selecting transformer taps reasonably and compensating reactive power automatically in 10kV line were provided in this paper,which improved the voltage quality preferably.Configuring static compensation equipment optimally was a effective method to resolve the problem of fluctuated load disturbed each other resulting in electric machine burning out.Low cost way was used to mitigate the effect of voltage dip or swell and make each motor running stably.
