| 摘 要： | 采煤机是煤矿生产的重要设备 ,而采煤机牵引部又是采煤机的主要组成部分 ,因此采煤机牵引部是否完好直接影响采煤机的开机率 ,从而影响煤矿生产的高产高效。介绍一套采煤机牵引部CAT测试系统 ,此系统能够对采煤机牵引部进行模拟实际工况的测试 ,测试数据和实验报表由计算机自动处理。经过 4a多的现场使用证明 ,系统工作可靠 ,具有良好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Shearer is the key equipment in modernized coal mines while the haulage unit is the most important composition of the shearer.So the performance of the haulage unit affects the working efficiency the shearer directly and also affects the output of the coal mine.A set of test device of hydraulic haulage unit is designed.The performance of the haulage unit at actual working condition can be tested by this device.The test data and report can be processed automatically by the aided of computer system. |
