电催化氧化絮凝复合床处理CTMP废液

摘    要:以桉木和马尾松混合制浆CTMP废液为处理对象,采用以Ti/PbO2修饰电极和高效粒子电极构成的电催化氧化絮凝复合床新技术处理,研究了复合床不同阴极材料和主要工艺参数对色度和COD去除率的影响,得到了复合床各参数的最佳水平组合,废液的脱色率可达95%以上,CODCr去除率70%以上。该技术投资少,无需投加药剂,污泥量少,易于工业化,具有较高的环境效益及社会效益。

Abstract:Adopting self-made electro-catalytic oxidation and coagulation we compound Bed cell, we comprised of PbO2/Ti and high efficient particle modified electrode, treated effluent from pulping of eucalyptus and Chinese red pine representing CTMP effluent. Different cathode material and main operation parameters were investigated, getting the optimum conditions. The results showed that its color removal rate was above 95% and COD removal rate was above 70% in the optimum conditions. The technique is without additional additive,bringing a little mud, less investing, easy to industrialize and higher environmental benefit and social bencfit.
