| 摘 要： | 介绍了新型麦尔兹石灰窑的技术特点和R4S型窑耐火内衬结构特点,针对其结构复杂、技术要求较高、作业空间狭窄等特点,精心编制施工方案,优化施工工艺,强化现场管理,解决了困扰现场的施工难题。同时对关键部位耐材选择及国产化提出建议。

| Abstract: | The technical features of new Maerz lime kilns and the refractory lining structural characterstics of R4S lime kiln are introduced. In view of the complexity of its structure, the high technical requirements and the narrow work space, the implementation plan is fine prepared, the construction is optimized and the field management is strengthened to solve problems plagued the construction site. At the same time, the suggestions of key parts refractiories selection and localization are made. |
