摘    要:制备了一系列稀土固体超强酸催化剂,以乙酸丁酯为探针反应,考察了催化剂最佳制备条件;以乳酸和丁醇为原料,以S2O82-/ZrO2-SiO2-Sm2O3(BR-3%-0.75-450)为催化剂合成乳酸丁酯,研究了对酯化反应的影响因素、催化剂稳定性。实验结果表明,该催化剂活性和稳定性均优于未改性的SO42-/ZrO2-SiO2。

Abstract:A series of rare earth solid super acid catalysts were prepared ,the optimum preparation conditions were investigated by the esterification of acetic acid with butanol and S_2O_8~(2-)/ZrO_2-SiO_2-Sm_2O_3 as catalyst.The effective factors of the esterification of butyl lactate and the stability of the catalyst were also studied.The result shows that the catalyst has higher activity ,and its stability is better than SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2-SiO_2.
