脱硫废水亚硫酸钙催化氧化动力学研究

摘    要:在鼓泡反应装置中进行了电石渣-亚硫酸钙催化氧化试验。在高浓度亚硫酸钙氧化试验中从多种过渡金属化合物中筛选出了催化作用较好的硫酸锰和氯化钴。在低浓度亚硫酸钙氧化试验中研究了不同p H值、温度和催化剂浓度对催化氧化的影响,并对催化氧化反应进行了宏观动力学分析。结果表明:氧化速率随着p H值和温度的升高而增加,添加剂浓度对氧化速率基本无影响;在空气过量的条件下,得到了催化氧化宏观反应中亚硫酸根和催化剂的分级数和反应活化能。

Abstract:Experiments on catalytic oxidation of calcium sulfite have been investigated in bubble absorption device.MnSO4 and CoCl2 displayed the better catalytic performance than other transition metal compounds in experiments of oxidation with high concentration calcium sulfite.The effects of different pH value,temperature and catalyst concentration on catalytic oxidation were studied in the experiment of low concentration calcium sulfite oxidation.Reaction macro-kinetics was analyzed.The results showed that,oxidation rate increases with the rise of pH and temperature,and the concentration of additive has no effect.Under the condition of excessive air,the reaction orders of the reagents and activation energy were achieved.
