| 摘 要： | 近年来随着国际业务的发展和国际项目的逐步增多,水电设计走出国门成为必然。通过学习中美标准关于洪水标准和实用堰泄流能力计算的方法,结合国际工程设计过程中的相关经验、教训和总结,分析比较了中美关于洪水标准和实用堰泄流计算在计算公式、计算过程以及计算结果等方面的不同之处。在此基础上,结合具体案例进行分析,可供工程设计进一步研究参考。
