基于FBG传感器的结构健康监测体系及其应用

摘    要:简述了现在日本利用结构健康监测的数据进行结构性能评价的方法以及实测数据处理分析技术的现状,介绍了一种针对大跨度抗弯结构的分布式监测系统的构筑方法,并将该方法应用于桥梁结构健康检测和监测系统。该方法基于笔者参与开发的长标距光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感器建立的分布式传感系统,结合使用监测数据分析软件SforD,通过测量应变实现结构的健康监测,监测桥梁的应变分布情况、沿长度方向的桥梁挠度分布、结构振动特性(如振动频率和振型)、荷载、桥梁损伤探测等信息。应用案例表明,监测系统提供的实测结果与理论分析结果吻合良好。本文可为智慧城市及智能结构的建设提供多功能的结构健康监测和检测方面的解决方案。

Abstract:In this paper, the method of structural evaluation using structural health monitoring data in Japan and the status quo of the processing and analysis technique of measured data are briefly introduced. A distributed monitoring system and its applications for flexural structures proposed by author are illustrated. The method is based on a series of lab experiments and theoretical studies for the utilities of distributed long-gage fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor system by author's research group, combined with monitoring data analysis software SforD, the structure health monitoring for bridges can be implemented by means of the distributed strain measurement. From the measured distributed dynamic strain along the longitudinal direction of the bridge, the deflection distribution, the structure dynamic characteristics (such as nature frequency and modes), the information of load and the bridge damage detection can be obtained, and the structure evaluation can be performed by those parameters. The actual survey for several old under-use bridges in Japan proved effectiveness of this distributed monitoring system. This paper can provide multi-functional structural health monitoring and detection solutions for the construction of smart cities and smart structures.
