摘    要:阐述了基于瞬态平面热源法的HotDisk热常数分析仪的测试原理及测试方法,采用热常数分析仪的薄膜模块探头对棉麻丝毛织物在不同温度下的导热系数进行了测量,验证该仪器对织物导热系数测量的可行性,研究环境温度对织物导热系数的影响。结果表明:热常数分析仪的薄膜模块探头对织物导热系数的测量是可行的,在-20~100℃温度范围内,棉麻丝毛织物的导热系数随温度升高而增大;丝毛织物在20~100℃温度范围内导热系数变化不大,但丝织物在低温环境下降的幅度较为明显。
