摘    要:电弧喷涂技术具有高效率、低能耗、操作简单等优点,是制备复合金属涂层最常用的手段。本文综述了国内外利用电弧喷涂技术制备锌铝涂层、铁基合金涂层、镍基合金涂层的最新研究进展。最后,展望了用电弧喷涂制备复合金属涂层的发展方向。


Research Progress on Fabrication ofComposite Metal Coatings by Arc Spraying

Abstract:Arc spraying technology has many advantages such as high efficiency, low energy consumption and simple operation. It is the most commonly used method to prepare composite metal coatings. In this paper, the recent research progress in the preparation of zinc-aluminum coatings, iron-based alloy coatings, nickelbased alloy coatings by arc spraying technology was reviewed. At last, the development direction on preparation composite metal coatings by arc spraying was prospected.
