全国地质资料汇交监管平台3.0版设计与实现研究

摘    要:地质资料是国家重要的基础性信息资源,对减少地质工作重复投入、合理利用和保护矿产资源具有重要意义。汇交人依法汇交地质资料是法律规定的义务,加强对地质资料汇交的监督管理,是地质资料行政主管部门的重要职责。本文结合地质资料汇交监管面临的新形势和新要求,研究提出地质资料汇交监管平台3.0版的建设思路、系统架构、功能设计和应用成效。该设计基于面向协同的工作流模式,实现了地质资料汇交的全流程监管,有效解决了跨行业、跨部门地质资料协同监管问题,对提升地质资料汇交监管水平具有重要推动作用。

Abstract:Geological data is an important basic information resource of the country, and it is of great significance to reduce the repeated input of geological work and the rational use and protection of mineral resources. The transfer of geological data in accordance with the law is the obligation of the submitter. Strengthening the supervision and management of geological data transfer is an important responsibility of the administrative department of geological data. Based on the new situation and requirements of geological data submission supervision, this paper studies and puts forward the construction ideas, system architecture, function design and application effectiveness of the geological data submission supervision platform version 3.0. The design is based on a collaborative-oriented workflow model, which realizes the entire process supervision of geological data submission, effectively solves the problem of coordinated supervision of geological data across industries and departments, and plays an important role in improving the supervision of geological data submission.
