多元料浆气化炉激冷室液位指标的讨论

Discussion on Liquid Level Index in Quench Chamber of Multi-Component Slurry Gasifier

The liquid level in the quench chamber of the multi-component slurry gasifier is the keypoint of the process index to be monitored in normal operation.In line with the conclusions drawn from the analysis and discussion of causes for water entrained into the quench chamber of the gasifier and the layout of the internals in the quench chamber,reasonable indices are obtained for the control of liquid level in the quench chamber,so as to eliminate water entrained into the chamber.By calculation it is found that in normal production of the gasifier the high liquid level in the chamber is 5.2 m,the normal level 4.5 m,the low level is 3.8 m,and the level comes to 3.1 m during shutdown.
