| 摘 要： | 介绍了低温甲醇洗装置的概况,分析多年来运行中存在的主要问题原因及改造措施。通过不断改进,总结出低温甲醇洗装置的运行注意点,即:重点控制好循环甲醇中水含量和系统氧含量;及时清理各台过滤器;大修时如需水洗,换热器前的过滤器必须投用。

| Abstract: | A survey is made of the low-temperature methanol wash unit, and an analysis is made of the causes for the main troubles in operation over the years, with renovation measures proposed. Through continual improvement points for attention are summarized in its operation, viz., emphasizing the control of water content in circulating methanol and oxygen content in the system; cleaning up in time every filter; if water wash is needed during overhaul, using filters in front of heat exchangers essential. |
