氨合成塔非径向接管有限元分析与强度评定

摘    要:运用有限元分析方法对大型氨合成塔塔底球形封头非径向接管区进行了应力分析,得到了非径向接管部位详细的应力分布。按照分析设计法进行了强度评定,针对原设计中的不足,提出了在接管外面加套管以增加接管壁厚的补强方案,并进行了该方案的应力计算与强度评定。结果表明:补强后接管内侧的最大应力下降了23.2%,完全满足强度评定要求。

Abstract:The finite element analytical method is used to analyze the stress in the non-radial adaptor zone of the spherical cover at the bottom of the large ammonia converter, and detailed stress distribution data are obtained at the position of the non-radial adaptor. The strength is appraised according to the analytical design method, in view of insufficiency in the original design, it is proposed to choose the reinforcement scheme for increasing the adaptor thickness by adding a sleeve outside the adaptor, and a calculation is done of the stress in the scheme, with a strength appraisal. The results show that after the reinforcement the maximum stress inside the adaptor decreases by 23.2% , fully meeting the requirement for strength appraisal.
