平煤天安八矿矸石山提升能力升级改造研究

随着平煤天安八矿原煤产量的增加,矸石山排矸能力满足不了生产需要,需进行提升能力改造。经论证,确定在现有基础上加大箕斗车容量,同时采用先进数字电控系统,并将每天运行时间延长,以此来提高排矸能力。通过改进取得了良好的效果和可观的经济效益。

Research of Transformation Increasing Capacity of Coal Refuse Dumping

In the Eighth Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Co.,Ltd.with the increase of output of raw coal mine,the capacity of coal refuse dumping has not been met the needs of production,so it needs improving the performance of the system.Through research,it is the ways for increasing the capacity of mucking and hoisting,such as improving the capacity of skip car,using advanced digital electronic control system,and extending the operating time per day,have been investigated.And it has got good results and economic benefits.
