基于DSP的永磁无刷直流电机控制系统设计

摘    要:比较了目前永磁无刷直流电机的各种控制方式。在分析电机运行原理的基础上,设计出以TMS320LF2407A为核心的全数字控制方案。系统采用电流、速度双闭环PI控制方式,实现了弱磁增速控制以及再生发电制动。经实验验证,方案可行,系统运行高效。

Abstract:Various control modes that are applied on PMBLDCM were compared.A control system based on DSP TMS320LF2407A was purposed by analyzing the operation principle of PMBLDCM.The control mode that this paper adopted was double closed loop PI control mode:current closed loop and speed closed loop.The flux-weakening control that increases motor speed and regenerative braking was applied in this system.The experiment result shows that good effect of the control system was obtained.
