我国煤炭产业国际竞争力分析

文章在对国际国内煤炭资源、市场和产业发展水平进行系统分析的基础上,得出:“我国煤炭工业就国际竞争力而言属中上水平,可以对广大发展中国家,尤其是东南亚、西亚地区的煤炭工业产生较强的辐射作用“的基本判断。同时,文章着重分析了当前我国煤炭工业在企业经营机制、煤炭及煤面产品进出口、经济技术合作和劳务输出等方面的竞争差距。提出了加强法制、依靠科技产业升级、新型工业化和劳动者素质提高等一系列切实可行的措施建议。

Analysis of China' s Coal Industry Competition in the International Coal Industries

On the base of the analysis of coal resources, markets, coal industry development at home and abroad, it concludes that the ability of competition in the international coal industries is at middle level in China, which can affect some developing countries, especially improve the level of coal industry in the Southeast Asia and the Western Asia. It also lays stress on analyzing the fifferentials in terms of management mechanisms in the coal industry, imports and exports of coal and machines, economy and technology cooperation, exports of labor force. This paper gives suggestions and practical measures to improve the coal industry including strengthening rule of law, upgrading coal industry depending on science and technology, modernizing coal mine entirely, advancing the employees’capability.
