摘    要:针对某钢结构桥梁主塔施工中的钢管桩支架结构,分别计算钢管桩支架结构在主塔某组合段钢梁载荷、风载荷及其共同作用下的von Mises应力.根据计算结果分析风载荷对结构的影响,得出风载荷影响最大von Mises应力出现的位置;计算组合段钢梁和风载荷共同作用下钢管桩支架结构的屈曲临界载荷.通过对其强度和稳定性进行分析,提出钢管桩支架结构的优化方案,指导桥梁主塔的安全施工.

Abstract:As to a steel pipe pile support structure in the construction of a bridge main tower which is made of steel, the von Mises stress of the steel pipe pile support structure is calculated separately under the effect of a combination steel beam load or the wind load or the combined effect of the two kinds of load. According to the calculation results, the effect of wind load on the structure is analyzed and the location of the maximum von Mises stress under wind load is obtained; the buckling critical load of the steel pipe pile support structure is calculated under the combination steel beam load and wind load. The strength and stability are analyzed to propose the optimization scheme for the steel pipe pile support structure, which provides reference for the safe construction of the bridge main tower.
