| 摘 要： | ＭＬ４４２３是一种能产生单／三相ＰＷＭ波的变频专用芯片，采用其构成的变频系统具有低成本、电路简单、控制性能优良及可靠性高等特点。本文详细地分析了ＭＬ４４２３的功能结构、应用参数的计算方法，并给出一种具体原应用电路及保护电路。
