| 摘 要： | 集中供漆系统是从中央供漆室向工场内的多个作业点集中循环输送涂料。介绍技术改造后的涂装生产线采用的集中供漆系统的工艺要求、系统构成。系统采用了国际上先进的美国GRACO公司的供漆、输送及喷涂设备,既保证了技术的先进性,又注重了经济实用性,使得涂装质量和工艺水平有了很大的提高。

| Abstract: | In the centralized paint feeding system, paints are pumped from central paint room to multiple coating zones in the factory and then cycle back. The process requirements and composition of the centralized paint feeding system adopted on coating line after technical reform are expatiated in the article. Sophisticated GRACO equipment for paint feeding, transferring and coating are installed in the system, ensuring not only technical advantage but also cost-saving practice. The coating quality and technique are improved greatly. |
