| 摘 要： | 提出了在没有工件数学模型情况下,运用逆向工程的三维数字化测量技术和数据处理技术进行工件形状误差检测的方法.通过实例,详细阐述了在形状误差检测中采用接触式和非接触式测量方式的区别,并在Imageware 软件中完成了测量数据的处理,获取了工件的形状误差值.

| Abstract: | Without any mathematical model of the workpiece,a research method of the form error detection for the workpiece by using three-dimensional digital measurement technology and data processing technology is presented. By sample analysis,the difference between the contact and non-contact measurement in the form error detection for the workpiece is described,and the form error is finally got by the data processing software Imageware. |
