基于UG的搅拌主轴部件设计与运动仿真研究

摘    要:在研究我国搅拌摩擦焊接设备现有焊接能力的基础上,提出研制具备三维曲线焊接能力的搅拌摩擦焊接机,以扩大搅拌摩擦焊技术的应用范围.设计了一个新型的搅拌主轴部件,以满足三维曲线焊接时对倾斜角度和倾斜方向的要求,运用UG软件进行了虚拟设计和运动仿真分析,验证了该搅拌主轴部件结构设计的可行性.

Abstract:In order to expand the application scope of the friction stir welding(FSW) technology,it was proposed that the friction stir welding machine equipped with 3D curved welding should be manufactured based on the study of existing welding capacity of FSW in this country.A new type of mixing spindle was designed to meet tha requirement of the angle and the direction of inclination when the 3D curved welding operates.And the feasibility of the design was simulated by virtual design and dynamic simulation by UG.
