摘    要:PCB用硬质合金钻头是一种形状复杂的带螺旋槽的微孔加工工具,由传统的麻花钻衍生而来.微钻的结构参数与切削刃的切削性能密切相关,这些参数之间相互联系、相互影响.本文通过定义旋转矩阵建立了整体坐标系下微钻的后刀面数学模型,以向量形式推导了相应的横刃斜角和切削刃的数学表达式,定量分析了影响其切削性能的结构参数,得出相关结论,...
