摘    要:HSK热缩刀柄是一种适合高速加工的新型工具系统,夹持力是决定其能否正常工作的关键,研究热缩刀柄夹持力的影响因素对生产过程具有指导意义.本文建立了热缩刀柄一刀具配合模型,研究了热缩刀柄-刀具配合夹持力的影响因素,利用有限元技术对夹持力的影响因素进行了仿真分析,验证了理论模型,解释了加工中掉刀现象的发生机理,并提出了在不同...
