摘    要:随着工业技术的高速发展,人们对机械零件的加工和装配精度提出了更高的要求.在加工孔类零件时,测量方法、刀具磨损和车床自身等因素都会对加工精度带来较大影响.本文采用视觉检测技术,利用工件图像轮廓上各像素点相对质心力矩的大小,基于力学原理提出了一种区域质心算法,可以对孔类零件的内径实现精确的在线检测.
