基于ADMAS的框架锯曲柄连杆机构仿真与设计研究

摘    要:金刚石框架锯是锯解大理石板材的主要设备之一.本文利用分析软件ADMAS对金刚石框架锯曲柄连杆机构进行运动学与动力学仿真分析,得到框架锯空载下锯框的运动行程、速度以及加速度关系,优化了曲柄与连杆长度,曲柄转速,从而提高框架锯锯切大理石板材的质量与效率.

Abstract:Diamond frame gang saw is the main equipment in the sawing of marble plates.This paper analyzed the kinematics and dynamics simulation of crank link mechanism of diamond frame gang saw based on ADMAS,obtained the relationship between travel route,velocity and acceleration of saw bow of frame gang saw when the machine is unloaded,and optimized the length of crank and link,the rotate speed of crank,thereby increased the quality and efficiency of frame gang saw in the sawing of marble plates.
