混流式水轮机压力脉动精细模拟和分析

摘    要:用DES模型模拟了混流式轮机内部流动,并输出了大量的测点数据,通过与试验数据的比较验证了计算结果的可靠性.详细分析了尾水管进口截面的压力脉动的幅值和相位,并对尾水管内的流动做了分析.结果表明,其压力脉动在一侧较大,并非对称分布.数值模拟结果还得到了与试验一致的涡带形状.

Abstract:Inner flow in Francis turbine is simulated by using DES model and a large amount of data at test points is exported.The result agrees well with the experiment. Amplitude and phase of pressure fluctuation at the inlet of draft tube as well as the inner flow in draft tube are analyzed in detail.As a result,pressure fluctuation at one side of draft tube is greater than at the other side and it isn't symmetry distribution.The shape of vortex rope also agrees well with the experiment.
