电弧炉PID电极调节器性能对电网影响的仿真研究

摘    要:针对电弧炉电极调节器的性能对电网电压波动的影响进行了仿真研究。在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下,利用Simulink提供的专用模块库和基本模块库相结合,搭建交流电弧炉系统的仿真模型。通过改变电极调节器的性能参数,研究电网电压的波动情况。仿真结果表明,电极调节器性能不理想时会加剧电压波动,而性能理想的电极调节器会减小电压波动。仿真研究带来了很好的应用价值,通过改善电极调节器的性能,可以减小电压波动,降低无功补偿装置的容量,节约工程投资。

Abstract:This paper makes some simulations on the impact of the performance of electrode regulator of electric arc furnace on the voltage fluctuation of power grids. The simulation model of alternating current arc furnace is built with the use of Power System Toolbox and Fundamental Toolbox of MATLAB. Simulations of the voltage fluctuation are made in different conditions in which the performance parameters of electrode regulator are changed. The simulation results show that the voltage fluctuates acutely in the ill-designed PID parameters condition,and show that the amplitude of fluctuating voltage greatly decreases in the ideal PID parameters condition.
